Rafter Z Rendezvous

This spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths that sleeps 8. This home has a large kitchen, living room and dining area to hold the whole family. Set just north of Phoenix this spacious 4 acre parcel offers a single story home with a custom pool, negative edge hot tub, relaxing water feature, slide, and sitting cave. The outdoor space also has a built in BBQ Island ,fire pit and outdoor bar makes entertaining a breeze. No HOA and plenty of room for trailer parking with landlord approval. The space The Rafter Z Rendezvous offers a perfect place for the whole family. Located on 4 acres and right off the main road with an automatic gate makes for easy access and plenty of room for parking. Located North of phoenix and close to Cave Creek and carefree which offers shopping, hiking trails, restaurants and more. Rafter Z is also about 45 minutes north of the Phoenix Airport and an easy 20-30 minute drive to Scottsdale. Bartlett lake and Lake pleasant are also short drive. The nearest grocery store and restaurants are 5 minutes away. Guests can enjoy a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room with smart tvs. Kitchen features large copper sink, plenty of counter space and wolf cooktop/oven. Bedrooms configurations are 1 King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen beds and 1 Full bed in the other 3 bed rooms to provide comfortable and private areas of rest. Air mattress can be offered upon request. The master offers a King bed with large smart TV, copper tub and huge walk-in shower. There is 2 different closets for additional hanging space and access to the pool areas. All bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels and all the amenities. Guests will have access to the laundry room as well with full size washer and dryer. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. The sunroom also offers desk for any guests that would like to use it. Also available are pack n' play and a high chair. The backyard provides a large fully fenced backyard with pool and negative edge hot tub. Pool, hot tub and water feature are all run on by the managers at guests requests. Pool towels and outdoor blankets are also provided. Pool is not heated. Hot tub is heated and turned on by guests requests. Heating price included within reasonable intervals. Guests also have access to built in fire pit, bbq, stand up heater, and remote outdoor lighting. There is a working/active horse rescue on property as well. (Lucky Break Rescue). Owners will be seen doing daily chores with the animals and ranch activities. If you love horses this will definitely be an added bonus! Guest access The guests will have full access to the main house and pool. The hosts live tiny in the shipping container on property. The restricted areas for guests are as follows: The shipping container, the horse barn, the garage and garage loft, and all horse arenas. Guests will be given their own remote access to the gate and keys upon arrival. We don't want anything to happen to our guests should there be an interaction between them and one of our animals not under our supervision. Feel free to go look at them and take pictures but we ask that you respect their personal space and do not feed unless instructed. (Some of the rescue animals are food sensitive). Also please keep a very close eye on all minors and young kids. After all they are not toys, they are real life working animals and our beloved pets. Your respect and understating of this working ranch is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to ask any questions you'd like about the rescues and permission to feed them. Please note that this is an active rescue so some of the newer rescues maybe be still working on gaining weight in their older age. Other things to note No smoking inside No parties or events No pets Children must be supervised around the pool area. No lifeguard on duty. Unfortunately the pool is not heated, only the hot tub is. The hot tub is part of the actual pool. Its referred to as a spillover model. The tub gets up to 100 plus degrees but not the actual pool itself. We do live on duty but are off property most weekends to ensure guests privacy as much as possible. Please feel free to ask us any questions you might have and we can respond in a timely matter.
