This is a lovely, spacious, recently modernised flat in the vibrant Easter Road area of Edinburgh, close to the city centre .The charming room is a double bedroom with a standard double bed in it. The bed is a Natural Cashmere Backcare mattress, and it has over 1200 springs which makes for the utmost comfort; a mattress topper, a new pure Chinese cotton Duvet, a quality 100% cotton sheet and bed linens! This will result in you having a lovely sleep and sweet dreams! The space As you can see from the photos, it is a comfortable and modern flat. You will have the use of a double room with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, with hangers, a small set of drawers, a lamp, and 2 chairs. The room also has wifi access, and an Ethernet connection. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the large open kitchen area to relax in, watch TV, or have tea or coffee etc. Guests are not permitted to use the oven, the grill, or the gas hob. However, guests can use the kitchen utensils, toaster, and the kettle. Guests must either take off their outside shoes before entering the apartment, or bring your own slippers to use inside the property. I ask this as I have just installed new, wooden floors in the property. Thank you very much for your help! During your stay Me and my husband will be at the property on your arrival.
