It is an open plan with a cooker and bathroom. It has a double bed, a single kangaroo bed and a sofa bed. Delivered with clean body towels, pillows, quilt, and clean sheets. The loft has minisplit. 🛏 BED There's a double bed with a single kangaroo bed and a sofa bed. 🚽 BATHROOM You will find shampoo, body soap, hand soap and toilet paper. 🛋 LIVING ROOM It has a sofa bed. Pleasant stay with SmartTV. 🍽 KITCHEN Simple and functional, you can use the microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and some basic utensils for them to use during the stay. 🧺 LAUNDRY Self-service premises in the basement of the tower. Directly in the laundry room you can find the instructions in the SpeedQueen app, to pay and use the equipment. Guest access PRIVATE 🔑 LOFT You will have total privacy during your stay, you will have the entire apartment at your disposal without sharing it! 👮‍♂️ SECURITY The tower has private security in a 24/7 reception. 🚘 PARKING There is no dedicated drawer assigned for the apartment, the parking is private for the residents of the tower. 🌐 INTERNET Speed of 100MB, WiFi by IZZI Fibra Optica. GUARANTEED 🧹 CLEANING The apartment will be totally clean upon your arrival, still let us know if any details were passed to give you immediate solution. We also have housekeeping service during your stay with an extra cost. 🐶🐱 We love animals but for reasons of cleanliness and furniture care, we find it difficult to accept them. Other things to note 🚂 The train tracks are nearby and you can hear their "noise or whistle" in their wake; but don't worry if you're a light sleeper, you'll find earplugs on the property. 📄 The guest will be responsible for reading in detail the check-in instructions for "self check-in", additional we will send reference photos through the chat. 👩‍💻 Our communication is only through the Airbnb chat: we will be available from 8am to 10pm.
