Ideally located in the city center, you will have all the shops, historical monuments, public transport within walking distance of the property. The apartment can only accommodate a maximum of two people, ideal for a couple, or solo travelers looking for space. The space The accommodation is fully equipped and furnished to provide you with the best comfort. The equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, will allow you to prepare to eat during your stay or your business trip, in order to better control your budget. The bathroom has a nice shower, with plenty of storage and a washing machine. You will find everything you need to stay there for a short or long time. Housekeeping is done every time a guest checks out, so when you arrive you just have to settle in, you'll feel right at home. Guest access You have access to the common areas of a small 3-story building, with 4 residential units only. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The accommodation is reserved for you and its surface area is 53 m2. Other things to note Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. * Depending on arrivals and departures, we may be able to extend the check-out time and/or give you the keys before the theoretical check-in time. ** For an arrival outside the time slot, please contact me in advance to see if we can make ourselves available. *** If you have arrived and the apartment is not yet available, we can possibly keep your luggage according to our availability.
