The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in Northwich from this centrally located Victorian House, just walking distance to the High Street, restaurants, a cinema, bars and a Waitrose are close by. Northwich itself is well placed for trips to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. It is a little, local landmark property, sympathetically renovated with William Morris inspirations mixed with modern. With an adaptable reception room and dining room visitors have space to socialise. The space The Victorian house has been renovated, attempting to keep as many period features as possible and furnished with many antique pieces. It does mean some doors and drawers do not work perfectly, but modern elements such as bathrooms, beds and kitchen appliances provide key functionality. For those who prefer characterful, cosy maximalism over minimalist modern. Guest access The whole end-of-terrace, Victorian house is at your disposal. Rooms extend over three floors with the main lounge located on the first floor with a view across to Holy Trinity Church. This room can be considered a ‘plus two’ space having a double futon. We’ve retained a traditional dining room that can double-up for round-the-table board games, or work space. Other things to note The galley kitchen isn’t geared for preparing major dinner parties, but does have a halogen hob and Sage Smart (mini) Oven for convenience. We will make up beds according to occupancy and your desired configuration.
