Funky little place between beach and downtown

Must love animals! Quiet neighborhood halfway between Carolina Beach and downtown Wilmington (15-20 minute drive to either). Visitors have a private room as well as access to the rest of the home including the yoga/meditation/office room. Although separate from the rooms, the bathroom accessible via hallway is private to guests. My dogs bark at first but quickly warm up to new people. Safe and chill neighborhood. Enjoy your stay! The space I’ve been told my space has a relaxing and inviting energy. I am halfway between the beach and downtown, so bear in mind it is a 15-20 minute drive to either. I welcome guests from all walks of life. Guests are welcome to partake in home activities, such as a plethora of board games, puzzles, books, television, and yoga. Since I don’t have kids of my own, this space may not be the most childproof/child safe space (I.e. lots of plants and corners and a 50-pound puppy) for very young children. However, this does not mean they are unwelcome. Use your best judgment, and send an inquiry if you have questions. Guest access All but one bedroom/bathroom. You’ll have access to private room and bath, yoga room/office, kitchen, living room, porch, and yard. I cleaned before and after but not during stays. Guests are responsible for their space during their stay. During your stay I will be available to help. I am content to keep to myself or socialize with guests. Other things to note The backyard is constantly changing. Working toward a native/eco-lawn…there may be a project happening. During the week, my neighbor checks on my dogs sometime around noon.
