On the east shore of Lake Memphremagog, drive parallel to the Quebec border to access a cozy Vermont neighborhood known by residents as "the Cove". Enjoy a truly memorable visit when you stay in our lakeside studio called the FROG ("Furnished Room Over Garage), which is newly renovated, well appointed and features lake views and epic sunsets. Enjoy biking, birding, swimming, walks and kayaking, just 6 miles from downtown Newport and 2 miles to the Beebe Plain Station border cross in Quebec. The space The A-frame FROG is approximately 600 square feet and features an open concept studio with a shower-served bathroom. The FROG is upstairs and does not have access via an elevator. The FROG is adjacent to a garden, fire pit, big grass yard, steps to the water and with an outdoor shower. Guest access Guests can access the lake via a dock off the front of the property.
