A very bright apartment with views of the mountains. Its location stands out, close to the most requested places in the area, Tarifa and its wonderful beaches, and the entire coast of La Luz until reaching Cadiz in just an hour by car. Gibraltar, a piece of England in southern Spain. If you're looking for a beach club, luxury shops, and dancing, Marbella and Puerto Banus are your place. And if you feel like visiting Africa, a few hours away by ferry you will find yourself in Morocco. The space The property is conveniently located, since 5 minutes away you will find the most central streets full of bars and shops, 2 minutes away you will be in the beautiful neighborhood of San Isidro, another point of interest is the food market, if you visit it, you have to stop at one of its stalls where they serve fried fish. The beaches of Rinconcillo and Getares are a 10-minute drive away. The bus station to go to Gibraltar or Tarifa and the port to take the ferry to Morocco is a 10-minute walk away. It does not have a private parking space, but the area has a lot of movement and there are many places to park freely. It is located in a safe area and supermarkets such as El Jamón or grocery stores, tapas bars such as the comedy cinema, sushi such as Jumar Sushikoto and Shawarma stores. The community is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator. The house is newly renovated and equipped with everything you need, air conditioning, fans, microwave, oven, washing machine, TV with Netflix and HBO, WIFI, towels, sheets, gel, shampoo, kitchen utensils… if there is something you need and you have doubts about whether you will have it, you can ask me and I will do my best to get it.
