Accommodation with pool and garden

Come and enjoy a 60 m² self-catering accommodation (located in a house), fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Recharge your batteries with the saltwater pool (10 x 5) and the 2300 m2 garden with games for adults and children: pétanque, ping pong, trampoline, etc. Fully equipped accommodation: induction cooktop, oven, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine, TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, board games, etc. Parking space for this accommodation is available in the garden. Parties and events are not allowed The space To facilitate your arrival, you will find welcome products: tea, coffee, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, garbage bags and toilet paper. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, it is ideal for 4 people, I provide in the entrance a 1-place mattress (in addition if necessary free of charge, this allows for a maximum of 5 people). The sleeping arrangements are: - a large 15 m2 bedroom with a double bed and a separate area with a bunk bed. For your comfort: the space with the bunk bed has no visibility to the double bed, there is a real separation (not just a curtain). The beds are made for your arrival. Blankets, bath towels and dish towels are available. We also provide child and adult size bicycles (including 1 with child seat). Baby/child equipment (1 high chair + 1 umbrella bed) is available in the accommodation in the garage (however, I would thank you for bringing a mattress cover + a sheet in 140 x 70 because I do not have one :) Guest access The entire house has 2 independently rented units, including this one. Each unit has its own independent access via a shared airlock. This accommodation is located on the 1st floor, above the garage. The other listing has no visibility into the interior of this listing. The outdoor space of 2300m2 (garden, terraces, outdoor games) and the swimming pool are accessible to the 2 accommodations, exactly as if you were in a hotel or camping and you come across other vacationers except that these spaces are only available to these 2 accommodations , for your comfort to all please use the swimming pool during the hours ( between 8:30 am and 9pm). You may come across the gardener or housekeeper (and her children) during rotations, or when she comes to maintain the garden. She is discreet and never accesses your home during your stay. Other things to note The washing machine is accessible for guests remaining at least 7 nights, on time slots that we set together upon your arrival. The pool is accessible from the end of April to the end of September.( see longer when the weather lends itself:) And We clean after each stay, but we ask that you leave the space tidy and kitchen clean. You may also meet me or the housekeeper during the rotations of the other accommodation.( we will not come into your accommodation during your stay). From the end of July 2026: No more events allowed: bachelorettes, birthdays, baptisms, engagements... The number of people accepted is the one on the listing note (4 people day or night, no guests during the day).
