Beautiful room in a new townhouse. Located between CDG airport and Paris, in a quiet and residential area, with many means of transport, tram and bus 3 min walk, easy access to Paris or the airport. A parking space in the basement for an extra fee, if not free spaces in front of the house (Shops and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes from the Canal d'Ourcq Let yourself be seduced by this lovely place to stay. The space in my accommodation, guests are not allowed to use the kitchen or the living room, you will have access to the reserved bedroom and the bathroom and toilet indicated in the listing. Exclusive guest bathroom to share with other guests, I have another room available at an extra charge (for 2 adults) The accommodation is located in a new residence in a very quiet residential area During your stay I remain available by phone, text and also Airbnb chat during your stay Other things to note Depending on my availability, I could pick you up from the airport and drop you off as well for an extra fee.
