Spacious room with TV and a small nursery/office + a terrace next to the sea, bathing jetties and seafront promenade. Good bus connections and walking distance to the center. Pleasant quarters in unique Bo01 in Västra Hamnen. Two adults and three school-aged children live in the apartment. No smoking, no pets. In the room there are two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be moved together to form a double bed. In the nursery there is an 80x185 cm bed. Private bathroom + wc. The space The accommodation is a three-floor apartment with its own entrance from the street. Ground floor: Private entrance; 1st floor: kitchen, dining area and sofa area. Wonderful view of the sea and green areas. Sunset outside the window in summer time! 2nd floor: Private bedrooms + guest room + guest bathroom. Guest access In addition to the guest room, terrace and guest toilet on 2nd floor, guests have access to all common areas on the 1st floor (living room, kitchen and dining area) and the entrance area on the ground floor. During your stay We will welcome you upon arrival. If we are not available, we will arrange the check-in with you in advance through the Airbnb message system.
