Our new renovated 2-rooms apartment welcomes you for your next stay in Nice! Located on the 5th and last floor with elevator, very sunny southern exposure. Close to the Nice Ville SNCF train station (4min walk) and the tramway (2 min walk from the Thiers stop). Situated in the very well served Liberation district, you will find the Provençal market, many bakeries, grocery stores and small typical restaurants. The Promenade des Anglais and Old Nice are at 12-minute walk. The space The apartment in the center of Nice is composed of: - a spacious and bright bedroom with a large bed (160x200) with a private balcony (possibility to smoke on the terrace) - a living room with a reversible sofa bed (140x200) with Italian quality mattress, a dining table for 4 people and a television with French channels and Netflix application (you'll need your codes to log in). Access to a second private balcony. - a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower - a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and refrigerator and everything you need to cook, if necessary. The washing machine is at your disposal, however, as a precaution against allergies, washing powder is not provided. - wifi connection throughout the house - bed linen and towels are provided - At your disposal tea, coffee, toaster, iron, shower gel and hair dryer. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, which can accommodates 4 people in total. - Upon arrival you will find a coffee pod and a bottle of water offered. - A bottle of champagne or wine on request (extra).
