30 m² cottage in the heart of Aigrefeuille d'Aunis with private entrance allowing you to be totally independent. Our house is adjoining and after welcoming you we will know how to leave you so that you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy. You have all the shops within walking distance (400 m): Intermarché, bakeries, bar, restaurants, tobacco press, beauty salon, banks, butcher, pharmacies, Laundromat, Saturday morning market, bookstore, doctors etc... etc... The space The accommodation consists of: - one bedroom with 140 x 200 bed, closet, desk, TV with DTT channels. Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet, pillows, mattress protector, pillow protector, duvet cover) provided and bed made on arrival. - bathroom with shower, vanity, towel dryer, toilet. One bath towel and one small towel are provided for each guest. Hair dryer. - a living room with 140 x 190 fold-out sofa bed, kitchen table, chairs, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, microwave and small cabinet with plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls and cups, tea towels. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO STOVE OR KITCHEN SINK. The exteriors and the pool are shared with the owners but so that you can enjoy it as a family we make sure not to swim when you are present. For safety reasons (swimming pool), the property isn't set up for toddlers.
