Welcome to Aspen at The Oasis! The greenery surrounding this tiny cabin makes it feel like it's in the country yet it's only minutes to downtown, shopping, dining, the mall, and PNS airport. Pensacola beach is only 20 minutes away. Amenities include a full kitchen, large deck, WiFi, Roku TV with Netflix, Washer/Dryer, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy a peaceful stay with reasonable cleaning fees and no chore lists! The space This tiny cabin was added next to the original historic 1930s home in 2022. The tiny cabin is about 400 square feet and feels plenty spacious for one or two guests. A large deck outside looks out into the large tree-lined lot. A lone pine tree adjacent to the deck was the inspiration for making this "cabin away from the mountains." Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire tiny home and the area immediately around it as well as the open back yard. Please be mindful of other guests' privacy and comfort. Please do not block the driveway to the street or the paved turn around circle so other guests may access the property. Other things to note Pensacola is experiencing quite a bit of growth at the moment, and many neighborhoods are experiencing gentrification, including this area. I've found the neighborhood to be safe and quiet at night and the neighbors to be generally friendly.
