Welcome to Lockeland Gardens. This is a spacious and clean ground level apartment attached to our 1930 bungalow in East Nashville. You will have a private entrance and contactless entry into the newly renovated one bedroom basement apartment that can sleep up to four. Plenty of street parking. The space is a short walk to local favorites Urban Cowboy, Lockeland Table, and Bill's Sandwich Shop and a 10-minute Uber to downtown. We live right upstairs and we are happy to give tips on Nashville! The space You'll access the private entrance to Lockeland Gardens through the side gate. You'll see an outdoor seating area with twinkling lights to relax in the evening and the entrance to your ground level suite. Once you head inside, the space opens up to a dining area, a vintage record player, and a full kitchen that brings in loads of natural light. You've got lots of seating options between the live edge white oak breakfast bar that seats four and a dining table that mixes vintage with new textiles and furniture. The kitchen features an oven/range, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, and a french press with coffee from local favorite - Barista Parlor (also just a 5 minute walk away for a yummy rosemary honey latte). We have toddler/infant kitchen items available and can provide a high chair if needed. The spacious living room is off to the left where you'll find a comfy area for relaxing after a day of touring Nashville. The West Elm sofa features a fold out queen size bed and sleeps up to two people. While you kick back and unwind feel free to play the board games found in the open shelving. The bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed, TV, reading lights, noise machine, and luggage rack. Next to the main bedroom you'll find an office area with desk, chair, and monitor ready to hook up to your laptop. The bathroom features local amenities that will surely draw you to some of Nashville's cult favorites like Ranger Station and the Good Fill. Please note our family lives upstairs, but you'll have the 1000 sq ft ground level apartment to yourself! Though we are quiet, you will hear ours and our pup's Baggio's footsteps at times. We provide a travel crib, high chair, and kitchen items for little ones. This airbnb is NOT intended for parties, glitter, or bachelor/bachelorette activities. We've put a lot of love into the design and space, and since we live upstairs these activities are not permitted in this space. Local Permit #2022009908 Guest access Lockeland Gardens is accessed via our side gate from the street on the side of our house. Guests will have access to the entire ground level through their own private entry. The guest suite and owners quarters are securely divided and remain locked. Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio exclusively during your stay. Our family lives in the house upstairs and we are usually available to help as needed. We are happy to say hello in person and give you an Aussie Shepherd greeting from our pup Baggio, but can also give guests their space and privacy if preferred.
