In addition to our regular cleaning routine, we wipe down all surfaces again using Lysol and other disinfectant products. We also leave you extra cleaning supplies during your stay. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the main floor of the house, ensuring privacy and comfort during their stay. This includes access to all amenities located on the main floor, such as the living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, and bathroom. Please note that the second floor and basement are occupied by permanent tenants and are not accessible to guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting their privacy. Enjoy your stay in our welcoming main floor space! Other things to note Please be advised there are other tenants in the house and you will be sharing the driveway with another vehicle. Please be respectful to the tenants and the neighbours. We try our best to keep our towels and sheets clean and crisp for you. Any make-up, food grease, and other misuse causes stains that are extremely difficult to remove. If you decide to use the towel for any other purpose besides drying your body or hair after a shower, thus causing a stain, you will receive a charge of $15 per each piece affected if the stain don’t go away after the first wash.
