The building has 24-hour video surveillance in all common areas, and the apartment is also equipped with video cameras at the front door and on the balcony. No Smoking Inside Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you need to smoke, please go out to the balcony. We want to keep the apartment smelling fresh and pleasant for our next guests. Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional cleaning charges, and guests who smoke will be asked to leave the apartment without a refund. No Wastage of Energy We kindly ask you to turn off lights, air conditioning or heating units every time you leave the apartment to save energy.
