Guest access The entire home is available during your stay. Other things to note Please do not touch pool equipment it is all controlled by your host with an app. No parties unless approved by host. Pool heating has a Daily cost of $120, we require a 24 Hour Notice to heat pool. We cannot heat Pool/Spa at the same time. One pet allowed per reservation, must be included in your reservation. Pet is not allowed on the carpet(s). There is a $20 pet fee. Must be approved by host. We provide Propane tanks, if tanks are empty we are happy to reimburse you for the propane gas refill with copy of receipt.
