The space On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms, and as our guest(s), you will have primary access to the beautifully furnished private bedroom showcased in the pictures. This cozy room features a comfortable queen-size bed adorned with fresh bedding, ensuring a pleasant night's rest. Additionally, you'll have the convenience of an en-suite bathroom, exclusively for your use. The bedroom is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests, providing a cozy and comfortable space during your stay. Guest access Along with your private bedroom, you'll have access to the shared common areas downstairs. Unwind in the cozy living room, enjoy the TV, and relax with a book. The fully equipped kitchen is open for your use, and the dining area is perfect for meals and gathering. On pleasant evenings, guests can enjoy the front porch. Please note that the backyard area is not available for guest use. Other things to note To ensure your security and privacy, we provide two separate door codes for your convenience. One code is assigned to your private bedroom door, granting exclusive access to your personal space. The second code is for the front door, allowing you to come and go as you please. For enhanced security, we have external cameras monitoring the doorways. This measure helps maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests. We only accept guests over the age of 21, as we permit the use of cannabis in the common areas of the home (downstairs and on the front porch). Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any of the bedrooms at any time. Our home is a safe space for people from all minority & marginalized groups.
