Seaside escape with ocean views & a fishing boat

Wake up to ocean views, enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace while sheep graze below, and head out fishing in your own boat. This cozy holiday home in Tråsavik, is perfect for families, friends, or anyone seeking a peaceful coastal escape. The house is yours alone, with parking right outside. A 17 foot fishing boat with echo sounder and chart plotter is included. The dock is a 2 minute walk away. As a registered tourist fishing business, you can legally export your catch from Norway. The space The house has a living room and kitchen with panoramic sea views, two bedrooms with five beds in total, a large bathroom, and a laundry room with separate entrance, extra freezer and fridge. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, hallway, living room, and kitchen keeps the whole house warm and comfortable. On cooler evenings, light the cozy wood stove in the living room for the perfect atmosphere. The terrace is your outdoor living room, equipped with a grill, dining table, and comfortable lounge furniture. Enjoy your meals outside with sea views and complete privacy, with nothing but the sound of sheep grazing in the meadow below. Towels, bed linens, TV with Chromecast, and DAB radio are all included. Traveling with small children? A crib with duvet, baby bouncer, and high chair can be provided, just let us know in advance. Several life jackets are available for fishing, but please bring your own gear. The boat is not available during winter months. Other things to note Hellvik has plenty to offer: a disc golf course, several swimming spots like Krotjødne and Hellviksvannet, a sports complex, playgrounds, gorgeous beaches such as Mastrasanden and Sannarnes, and one local grocery store. The nearest town is Egersund (15 min), a charming coastal town with historic wooden architecture, great restaurants, and a lively cultural scene. The town is known for its festivals, including the Visefestival, Dalane Blues Festival, Høstmarken, Oktoberfestival, and the magical Christmas Town in December. Head north and you will reach Jæren, famous for its sweeping sandy beaches and rich cultural offerings. Stavanger and Sola are just one hour away by car or train.
