The Brownstone (#412) is part of Tekoa Spaces, which is a beautiful boutique hotel located in San Antonio Palopo, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. It is in a quiet village located away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy towns, which will allow you to experience a more authentic Guatemalan stay. We have a coffee shop, which serves locally roasted Guatemalan coffee and an onsite breakfast restaurant. This private room is perfect for the budget minded traveler. Other things to note We are a small boutique hotel with staff onsite to check you in between the hours of 2pm - 7pm. Please do not make a reservation for checkin outside of these hours without first contacting us.
