Rustic Tiny Guestsuite Farm Stay

The Rustic tiny guestsuite is 175sqft located in a portion of our barn lined with cedar. It’s not fancy but it sure is cozy. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing and you can see stars without the city lights. Unwind and relax on the farm. Read a book, write music, cook on the charcoal grill, roam around the farm or just do nothing. The space The rustic guesthouse is 175sqft of rustic coziness! It’s very roomy for a studio. There is a queen bed and loveseat sofa. Smart TV and great internet! The kitchenette has a refrigerator, hot plate, toaster oven and microwave. We also have a charcoal grill available. The bath has a full shower and sink. For a tiny suite, there is plenty of room to move around. During the evening sit out on the deck and enjoy the sunset. We would love for you to enjoy our little piece of heaven on 31 acres. You are on a farm so we have bugs and critters. They work the farm like the rest of us. :) Guest access Guestsuite and walk the entire farm! Watch for old fence holes and uneven ground and rocks if you're out walking. Message us if you are not sure where to go. We will be glad to help! Other things to note Please keep in mind this is farm life. You are 15-20 min away from groceries, restaurants, etc. If you want to get away to peace, stars and quiet…this is the location. If you are looking for being close to the city or needing uber, this may not be the right spot for you. You might see a bug or critter on the property. You will hear the ducks and chicken gossiping. We’re not sure what they are saying but they are chatty and are great fun to watch! You may also hear and/or see the tractor, birds, and maybe even hear a coyote, tree frog or a fox and other animals that roam farms at night. We do have deer roam through as well. It’s a great place to unwind. We usually have bug spray available but if you have sensitive skin, please bring some. On a clear night, the stars are amazing. Cookout on the charcoal grill and enjoy a fire. Don’t forget the marshmallows! *Let us know in advance if you plan to use the firepit or charcoal grill. We try to have wood and charcoal available(we only charge store price). We don't always have it but try our best to keep it available. The closest grocery is about 4 miles away. We usually have fresh eggs available if you would like to have some upon arrival. Wear shoes and clothes if you plan to walk the property or visit the chickens and ducks or visit the garden. We do allow well behaved dogs. They must be on a leash and would need to be with you at all times and not left alone in the guestsuite. If you have more than two, please let us know. If they do their business in the field, no need to clean. If they can't make it that far, please clean up after them. We have another unit that backs up to this one. Separate entrances. If you have extra folks with you, rent both and have a two bedroom. Our dog, Lily is a black lab/cattle dog. Super friendly. Sometimes a little nosy. Make yourself at home and please let us know if you need anything.
