The Leat is one of two new luxury barn conversions, an all ground floor space. 2 kind beds or 1 king and set of twin beds. Walkers can explore the countryside from the doorstep. It’s peaceful and tranquil, with sightings of Otters, Garden birds, Deer, Kingfishers, Heron from the decking overlooking the pond. The space The Leat is an all-ground floor space with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with bi-fold doors onto decking, which enjoys views of the pond along with outdoor furniture and a gas bbq. There is 1 king bed and a set of twins, which is zip/link into a king upon request. A travel cot is also available upon request. 300 THC beautiful linen. Both bedrooms have an en-suite, with a large shower, sink, mirrored vanity unit and toilet. The outside space at the front of The Leat has a patio table and chairs. The utility room is separate to The Leat and houses the washing and drying facilities, along with a large fridge freezer. National Trusts close by and easy routes to Stratford upon Avon, Worcester, Cheltenham and Broadway. There are two car spaces for this property. Guest access Entire space. You arrive through a gated entrance with a car parking area. The Leat is nestled in the beautiful countryside of Hanbury, away from it all ! Other things to note There is a key safe at the property and we kindly ask that you vacate by 10am, as we need to be able to clean the property exceptionally well before our next guests. Please note this property is self catering, and as a rule from a cleanliness and hygiene point of view, only salt and pepper is left in the property. Sadly, I don’t supply vinegars, oils and such like. I can only apologise for this, but if you’re stuck, please do contact me and I can supply anything you require.
