Studio with pool and private terrace

New studio, very quiet, private terrace, shared pool access, private parking, close to Ariane Group sites, bus 800 meters to reach Bordeaux center (in 45' with the G bus) 30' by car airport 15' by car (or 20' with the 39 bus), 30' from the ocean, beaches, lake, the largest wine castles, the Golf du Medoc. Surrounded by bike paths, the Studio is a starting point for beautiful bike rides. The large swimming pool (9x4.5 meters) is in a beautiful garden with trees. The space The studio is very bright, adjoining access to my house, the entrance is through a bay window, in front of the small terrace. There are shutters on the window equipped with a mosquito net and on the bay window. The studio is 23 square meters, electric heating, a room with a visual separation to isolate the sleeping area from the kitchen area, the bed is 160*200, to store your clothes there is a wardrobe, a shelf, a bathroom with toilet inside, the shower is spacious 120*90, with a towel heater. The terrace overlooks the parking lot. Access to the pool is through the garden of the main house, it is shared on time slots to be defined upon arrival. The oven is a microwave, the fridge has a freezer compartment, induction stove, Nespresso and piston filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, hair dryer. Linens (bed made on arrival) and towels provided. A tea/coffee kit (capsule and ground)/biscuits/oil/vinegar/salt/pepper is available. Dishcloths provided. Key box for self check-in and check-out. Guest access Access to the independent studio, shared pool, washing machine and dryer. Other things to note There is a lockbox for self check-in and checkout. For stays longer than a week, cleaning and changes of sheets and towels will be done once a week, day and time to be agreed together. 15% discount for stays of a week or more. 40% discount for stays of one month.
