Surrounded by bike paths, the Studio is a starting point for beautiful bike hikes. The large swimming pool (9x4.5 meters) is in a beautiful garden with trees. The space The studio is very bright, air-conditioned, adjacent to my house, the entrance is independent, in front of the small terrace. There are shutters on the window equipped with a mosquito net and on the bay window. The area of the studio is 23 square meters, electric heating, a room with a visual separation to isolate the sleeping area from the kitchen area, the bed is 160*200, to dispose of your clothes there is a wardrobe, a shelf, a bathroom with toilet inside, the shower is spacious 120*90, with a towel warmer. The terrace overlooks the parking lot . Access to the pool is through the garden of the main house, it is shared on time slots to be defined upon your arrival . The oven is microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, induction stove, Nespresso coffee machines and piston filter, kettle, toaster, hair dryer. Sheets (bed made on arrival) and towels provided. Available a tea/coffee kit (capsule and ground)/cookies/oil/vinegar/salt/pepper. Tea towels provided. Key box for self check-in and check-out. Guest access Access to the independent studio, shared pool, washing machine and dryer. Other things to note There is a lockbox for self check-in and checkout. For stays longer than a week, cleaning and changes of sheets and towels will be done once a week, day and time to be agreed together. 15% discount for stays of a week or more. 40% discount for stays of one month.
