You'll have full, private use of the downstairs suite of a stunning oceanfront home. Enjoy your relaxing privacy or come upstairs and make a meals in the shared gourmet kitchen. The space This listing is for the entire downstairs suite with use of one bedroom for sleeping, a private bathroom, and a large open living room area with a new high-end sectional sofa. There is a wall mounted 55" Roku TV with a Sonos soundbar which can also be used to stream music. Plenty of carpeted floor space provides room to stretch or do some yoga. Yoga mats available. You can choose between two different bedrooms. The Ocean Room has a comfortable queen size bed with a view facing to the ocean. The Tatami Room is a beautiful Japanese-style bedroom complete with sliding shoji screens, a floor made from traditional Japanese Tatami mats and a comfortable queen size bed. This listing only allows for use of one of the two bedroom. There is a separate listing which allows for use of both bedrooms if desired. I have set it up in this way to allow for lower prices for individuals or couples looking to enjoy a stay here at a more affordable price. If you wish to use both bedrooms, let me know and I can steer you to the listing which allows use of both bedrooms for groups of up to 4 people. As the owner/host, I will be in the upstairs area of the home and will provide you plenty of privacy. There is a private door for your area. You are of course welcome to come upstairs, say “hello,” and share the common living areas which include a gourmet kitchen, dining table, hot tub and decks. Guest access Please make yourself at home. Enjoy privacy in your downstairs suite orcome upstairs to share common spaces, all per your preference. During your stay I will leave you with your complete privacy while you are in your suite area. As a seasoned host, I try to leave plenty of space for privacy and I naturally try to honor that, but wonderful conversations often arise over tea or at other times. I do my best to let the guests set the tone for the level of interaction they may desire. Other things to note Coffee and Tea are included with your stay. If you would like a vegan meal ready for your arrival or would like muesli in the morning, let me know and I can let you know of availability and pricing. In case you've forgotten a bathing suit, you may consider the hot tub as clothing optional. I'll always respect your privacy when you are using the tub. Spa robes are also available in your closet for your use.
