The space The house is completely newly built and is fantastically located overlooking Siljan. The house is fully equipped to the highest standard. Three bedrooms with 6 beds. For emergencies, there are also two extra sleeping places on the top cabinets in the bedrooms and two mattresses in the loft – these are only suitable for children from 6 years and older (EU safety requirements). Bathroom with toilet and shower, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house has an open floor plan and high ceilings. Large well-equipped kitchen and large kitchen table. Sofa group and armchairs, TV and sound system. The house has parking for several cars. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station, and there is a bus stop 5 minutes from the house. Guest access You have the entire house and the property with a newly laid lawn and several patios. Other things to note We keep our house pet-free. Cleaning is included. Bed linens and towels are included and are made up on arrival for the number of guests specified in the booking. To book and enter into an agreement regarding this accommodation, everyone in the party must be at least 25 years old. The age limit does not apply to children accompanied by a guardian.
