Close to Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Hospital, super convenient for interns or nurses. The space You will feel right at home, with the pool in front of your window, a nice porch and the garden. Fully equipped kitchen, two king size beds, one bathroom, washer and dryer. This is the front portion of a "two unit" Guesthouse. There is another unit in the back attached. Each have their own private entrance. Guest access An easy self check in system let's you be completely independent and give peace of mind about your arrival time. The house is only a few blocks away from the beautiful Topanga Canyon, and in just about 20 minute ride in the mountains, you will be in Malibu and can enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean.
