Just off the main kitchen space is a separate utility room with washing machine, microwave and second sink. Out through the large glass doors and in under the stairs is a small French country style powder room. Turning right at the main entrance leads you down a hallway to the Ground floor double bedroom suite. This large double bedroom and private bathroom is truly an escapism, with loads of space to move freely and an ensuite with wet floor and Bath Tub. Upstairs are 2 ensuite bedrooms separated by the open plan landing. Bedroom 1 is a large double room with pocket door leading to a ensuite shower room, looking out through this bedrooms front arched window has a great view over the lough.
