Less than 15 minutes by bicycle to the famous English Gardens or to Oktoberfest! The space The front door opens into the living room with open plan kitchenette and a dining area. There is a lounge area with chairs and a coffee table. The bathroom is also on this floor. A spiral staircase leads up to the cosy bedroom which overlooks the living room. Access to the private terrace is from the bedroom. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively at the guests' disposal. Other things to note The Appartement is specially during summertimes very bright and you will enjoy lots of sunlight. At the roof- window is a possibility to shut the light out to darken the room , but not totally. So if your sleep gets easily disturbed by an early morning light, please consider to use a good sleeping mask.;-) The small Design kitchen is situated in the Livingaerea is not planed for extended cooking.
