Enjoy stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Atlantic Ocean and sunsets over the Indian River throughout the Nettles island Community. "Nettles" is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a week at the beach and poolside! The space Enjoy the bright interior of this 2 story beach home. At night, draw the blinds & watch your favorite show/movie with the ambience of a fireplace. Have fun checking out the Florida Coastline Chart at the high-top bar. Upstairs is a full Kitchen offering a side by side refrigerator, living room, stackable washer/dryer, master bedroom with a tropical mural and full bathroom offering a tub/shower. A 65" Smart TV with sound bar & surround sound in the living room is great for a movie. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV, dresser and full closest. The Samsung remote control is used for all TV's in the home. The living room tv also has a Bluestream remote with channel guide and voice control. You'll find Alexa in the living room and bedroom for your inquiries, weather forecasts, music, games, stories, etc. There is plenty of space to park one car out front. The golf cart is not available to rent at this time. It's needing repairs. Ft. Pierce is 15 miles, West Palm is 40 miles. Jensen Beach is 3 miles, Stuart 5 miles. There is WIFI Login and PW on the refrigerator in the house. Guest access You'll enjoy the front porch and tropically landscaped back patio. There's a patio umbrella for the tropical backyard. Other things to note Nettles Island is an ocean to river resort style family community with every amenity we can think of. Wristbands are required for basketball court, game room, fitness center, clubhouse, business center, 2 hot tubs, ocean pool, clubhouse pool, children’s pool, playground, recreation center, tennis court, cabana, pickleball court, bocce ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, miniature golf and racquet ball. There's a boat launch access in the community. Enjoy our private beach with cabana snack bar. The Village Grocer is our general store right in the community with very reasonable prices. Saunder's waterfront restaurant is located overlooking Nettles Island Marina. Enjoy oceanfront dining next to the oceanfront pool at Shuckers restaurant. Walk right over for a frozen drink or their famous "bucket". You'll find good food & drinks there and on and off island from Fort Pierce to our North to Jensen Beach, Stuart and Port Salerno to our South. Surfside Pizza is a short drive to the South along with the local CVS and surf shops. You'll want to stop by Magic Oyster for their happy hour and try other local restaurants as well. There is Free WiFi, central A/C & heating, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, towels/linens, beach towels. NO SMOKING. SMOKERS WHO SMOKE IN THE HOUSE WILL BE REPORTED TO AIRBNB. SMOKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
