Varenna Heights, Lake Como Views

Perfectly located above the beautiful and bustling lakeside town of Varenna, you'll enjoy panoramic views of Lake Como from your own private balcony and a shared swimming pool throughout the summer months. To find the apartment, take the train directly from Milan to Varenna Train Station or hire a car and leave it in our dedicated free parking on site. The space Beds: The beds are arranged as follows: a double bed is provided for every two people. For example, there is 1 double bed for 2 people and 2 double beds for 4 people. If you have specific requests regarding bed or linen preparation, please inform us at least 3 days before arrival. Without specific requests, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in bed arrangements. Guest access Documents: The day before your arrival, please send a copy of the main page of your identity document (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) via Whats App or the Airbnb chat. This is necessary for the host to register your information with the relevant authorities. If identity documents from all guests (excluding children) are not received, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund. Main Living Space: The apartment has an open plan living and kitchen with double doors opening onto a private balcony with panoramic views of Lake Como. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all your cooking essentials and some bonus extras - whatever you find, is yours to use :) There's also a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. Bedroom: One double bedroom*, plus a double sofa bed in the living space (and an additional single foldable bed for a small human only) if required. Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, toilet, toilet rolls, soap, shampoo/conditioner, a hairdryer and towels. Outdoor space: As well as your all year around private balcony, there is a shared swimming pool on site open between 1st April and 15th September (dates subject to change.) There is free parking on site. *Please note, there is a dividing wall but no door between the bedroom and living space so it's most suitable for a couples, a young family or very close friends :) The apartment is all yours for the duration of your stay and you can access the shared swimming pool from April 1st-September 15th (dates subject to change - please check with me in advance if you'd like to confirm the pool is open during your visit. Remember, the lake is 'open' all year around :)) Other things to note You will be a 15 minute walk from the centre of Varenna, a very popular lakeside town on Lake Como. The walk is relatively steep (which is what gives us the incredible views!) but it does mean this property may not be suitable for the elderly or handicapped - buses, car or vespa hire and taxi services are all available but please reach out to me in advance if you are concerned with accessibility. Tourist Tax: The municipality of Perledo requires a tourist tax for all guests staying in accommodation facilities. The tax is €3 per night for each adult (over 12 years old). For example: 2 people for 2 nights = €12 2 people for 3 nights = €18 tourist tax is already included in the rental amount, no extra costsThe dustbin Trash On the day of check out (or the evening before) you are kindly requested to take the dustbin to the point indicated in the check-in instructions, separating wet, plastic, glass, etc. and placing the waste in the appropriate containers as indicated in the instructions. Failure to comply with this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee of €30. Anyone who brings animals with them and they do their business is required to remove them.
