Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire outdoor area surrounding the housing, private parking, garden, backyard, barbecue, fire pit and wonderful view over the north coast of São Miguel Island. We have a dog (Spock), a cat (Timi) and three dwarf rabbits (Max, Totti and Lin) outside the house. All outdoor spaces are shared with the hosts only. The backyard has a small, seasonal garden, from which guests can harvest whatever they need or ask the owner (Eduardo) whatever they want. Other things to note As of January 1, 2025, tourist fees are charged to guests in the municipality of Ponta Delgada, where we are located. This fee is €2 per day, per guest, with a maximum limit of 3 nights, i.e. €6, per guest, according to the regulations of the Municipality of Ponta Delgada, available for consultation at the Accommodation. The fee will be charged during the stay, in accordance with the instructions you will find in the AL. Santo António is a small, quiet parish located on the north coast of São Miguel Island, with approximately 1,500 inhabitants. Just 5 minutes from Terças Happy Place, by the sea, is the Rosário leisure area picnic park, the natural pools of Rosário and the old fishing port, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the ocean. Very close to the AL, there is a local mini-market (Valdemar Ferreira) and a restaurant (4 Plátanos), which you can walk to in a few minutes. Nearby, you will also find the Fonte Grande overlook, a historic site where women used to go to wash their clothes, and the Estrada Regional overlook, where you can enjoy an excellent view over the center of the parish and the north coast of São Miguel Island. In Santo António, you can also contemplate the natural beauty of Lagoa do Canário, the Miradouro da Boca do Inferno and the Muro das Nove Janelas.
