Cabaña Residencial Espinal is a cozy nature retreat in the heart of the historic Inoa section of the city of San José de las Matas, Dominican Republic. Peace and tranquility is what you will experience from this private 3-bedroom family retreat located adjacent to hundreds of acres of land that have been in our family for over 4 generations. The entire cabaña is available exclusively for you to enjoy privacy and peace of mind away from the city. The space Our charming space is capable of accommodating groups of up to 6 people. The area is extremely safe, as it's located in the vicinity of our private family farm, and every neighbor around is also a close member of the family. There is always electricity, and hot and cold running water, as well as parking and fully functioning air conditioners in every room (and fans). If required, for a flat fee of $10 per wash, we provide a wash, dry and fold service for our guests. The living room area isn't very large, yet this is compensated by the large balcony area and poolside patio. Which is one of the best advantages of our property. Here you can cook, relax, go for a splash in the pool to refresh and enjoy peace of mind and quiet. There are 2 full bathrooms in the property, one is inside of the house and the other is outside next to the pool. The outside bathroom has two doors, one for the toilet and another for the shower and both have a door with a lock for added privacy.
