Located on the fifth floor of a private building with an elevator. 140 meters from the house, in another building, there is a parking space (8 euros/day +7% taxes). The space On the lower floor the house has: - A living room-kitchen with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, desk, work chair, free Wi-Fi internet connection, induction glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, water heater, toaster, Italian coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric juicer, blender, iron and other cooking utensils. - Bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer. - A room where you can watch the LG LED TV. Upstairs the house has: - Master bedroom with a large, comfortable bed 160 x 200 cm bed, a dressing room plus a bathroom with a shower tray, towels and a hairdryer. - Second bedroom with two single beds of 105 x 200 cm. - All windows have blinds to adjust the light's entrance. - Beach towels are available. I can also provide a crib, high chair, and baby bath. Guest access The entire house is private for guests. Other things to note A parking space is available in another building.
