Our 45 m2 house welcomes you in a quiet area of the city center. It is located a 2-minute walk to the tram (line 1 direct to SNCF train station and 24-hour circuit). The house has a living room and a fitted kitchen as well as a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with double bed 160*200 cm, a small bedroom with single bed 90*190 cm and a bathroom ! Narrow and steep staircase. However, cleaning is not included, so please allow time for cleaning before your departure. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €40 is offered as an extra.
