The suite is on the ground-floor of the building, with deep shady overhangs where you'll stay cool in the summer, and radiant and in-floor heating to help keep you cozy through the winter. Our property is fully fenced and gated to keep large wildlife out, and vehicles and belongings secure. We don’t want deer/bears in the orchard !:) The gate will open automatically as you drive up to it. Guest access The deck space outside your suite is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy the evening peace. The mountain view zone is also there for your enjoyment, and is a great place to get to know fellow travellers who may be staying in our sister suites. Other things to note We will be mindful of your privacy and peace throughout your stay, but please be aware that our home can at times be a hub of activity, with some residents working from home, outdoor projects through the summer months, a couple energetic kids playing, and plucky chickens nearby. Winter months are quieter, though we do love a good sledding party and our place has got the best slope for that. ** Registered guests only, no all-day or overnight guests that aren’t registered. Also there are additional fees for a third or fourth guest, that will apply upon registration. ** Guests staying more than 14 days are expected to take their own recycling and garbage to the local facility. ** Guests staying over 14 days are expected to supply their own dish soap, toilet paper and other bathroom/kitchen consumables, once the initial supply has been used up. ** During the winter months, guest vehicles will need to be equipped with good winter tires and AWD (all wheel drive) to make it up and down our driveway.
