Choo-Choo Acres Studio Apt
This charming basement studio apartment has everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay in the country. Convenient to local attractions, to include the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the Tail of the Dragon. Twenty minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport. Wi-Fi and Smart TV, full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Inviting fire pit area to be enjoyed any time of day. We are not pet friendly. Do to shared ventilation, no animals/pets of any kind are allowed , due to allergies. A peaceful country setting and a nicely decorated studio apartment with all the comforts of home are yours here at Choo-Choo Acres! Currently there is only one king-sized bed. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom, full kitchen, nice living space with a HD Smart TV. We are situated on 5 beautiful acres in the country. There is a fire pit for your enjoyment. You are welcome to use some wood from the woodpile. There are plenty of twigs and small branches that can be picked off the ground as well. We have woods on the chicken coop side where you will find plenty! There are also some nice trees for a hammock. The apartment is a part of our basement area, right below our living space. You may hear some footsteps, but we are pretty quiet people and usually turn in early. We want you to have fun and enjoy yourself, but no parties or extra people allowed. No animals, and no smoking or vaping in the apartment. Thank you so much! It has a private entrance with a key pad lock. Contact us anytime through the app! If we are at work, it may take a few minutes to get back with you. We have early work schedules, so if you message after 9pm, we may not see the message until morning. Country setting on a quiet dead end road. We do have a train track at the back of our property, and are near a railroad crossing. It can be loud. The neighborhood consists of only our road, and has a total of six homes. Please park in our second driveway, which is gravel, on the right side of the house. Park at the side of the house, don't go past the "No Parking Beyond This Point" sign and reflectors. Thank you! We apologize that parking isn’t clearer when you drive up. The outside area is still a work in progress! We cannot accept reservations that include animals, including service animals and emotional support pets. We have family members with allergies and we need to keep the apartment allergy free.
