This comfortable, spacious, family home is the ideal place for visiting Newcastle and the north east. The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, accessible via the staircase. Unlimited tea and coffee. Toast and cereal for breakfast. Wifi. Bedding is provided but please bring your own towels. Washing machine is available if staying for 5 nights or more. Free parking on road. The space We are in a semi-detached house with a front and rear garden and drive to the side. Guest access This is a private single room and has shared dining room and shared living room. The shared kitchen is available for use of the kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. There is a large patio to the rear of the house. During your stay I'm around a lot, but the house is spacious. I like to be friendly but recognise that some guests like their own space Other things to note We also have another single guest room (listed separately as 'Welcoming home from home') and may or may not have a guest staying in it during your visit. The guest bathroom would be shared with them, and the other shared spaces would be shared with them and also with myself and my husband.
