Located few minutes walking distance away from Trastevere, the apartment is close to the river. I'd say it's the best for the ones looking for a temporary place to stay OR here as tourist for a while. As it's my own apartment, I'd like to find it clean when I'm back. So please treat everything in the apartment in a gentle way. The space The apartment is at the top floor. There are one bathroom, one kitchen with balcony, one bedroom and one living room. When you arrive, you'll find everything you need in the apartment. Yet you need to take care of the rest on your own. e.g. When the toilet papers are finished, you need to buy them yourself. There won't be any cleaning person coming to the apartment during your stay so you should treat the apartment nicely as I'd like to find it clean when I'm back. If you damage or scratch any electronics or furniture, I'll ask for the total cost of it. So please use everything kindly. Other things to note It's a family building so please don't be too loud in the apartment. Parties are not allowed either.
