The space The apartment features panoramic views of both sunrises and sunset. The north-facing deck and entertainment area is ideal for views & enjoying the sunshine. With 2 Bedrooms, and 1 Sleeper Sofa (in the living room), this place comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. Both bedrooms has Queen size beds and are south facing, facing away from any noise, and can be darkened completely. The Sleeper Sofa, which is a Double 140CMx200CM, is located in the living room. Convenience and safety are paramount, and our apartment provides both. The apartment is located on a road with no passing through traffic, and with live cameras installed and 24 hr patrolling private security in the area. The building has two security doors where you use your tag to get in, and the apartment has it a door where you use your private key to get in. Own garage with Safe parking is available, providing peace of mind for those traveling with a vehicle. Alternatively you can easily park in front of the garage outside. We have installed a complete seamless state of the art 10KW inverter system in the event of Loadshedding (powercuts). The system can power everything in the house. You are welcome to use the Imac, which can also be used as an extra monitor for Macbooks. Note, not all macbooks may be compatible. For families, we do offer a 120x60 cm Cot Crib with Anti-Slip Wheels, so your young ones can stay safe. The apartment's proximity to the inner city ensures easy access to vibrant attractions, world-class dining, trendy shops, and cultural landmarks. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The Penthouse is on 3rd floor, and there is no elevator in the building. If you would like to have a cleaning during your stay we can offer this whenever our cleaner is available. Please reach out to us to hear about the options. The Sleeper Sofa, which is a Double 140CMx200CM, is located in the Living Room. The Living room can be darkened, and there is a heavy curtain that you can use to divide the space from the rest of the apartment. Should you wish to use the Sleeper Couch, please let us know in advance, so we can prepare this for your stay.
