Direct access to the ice from our driveway via walking or snowmobile to ice fish! It doesn’t get any easier! You won’t get any closer to the shores of Lake Superior than this house-very unique!! The view from the master bedroom is breathtaking as it feels you are floating on the water! Panoramic views from inside and outside the house and just steps away from the shore. Rock fire pit on the pebble beach to end the day with s’mores or just to warm up on a cool evening. Great fishing year round! The space Additional parking in lot across the street for large trucks and trailers hauling off road vehicles and snowmobiles. Home has a basement but is only used for storage and is labeled Private. Guest access The basement in the house is only for storage and is blocked off to guests. Other things to note Year round access with ice fishing right in front of the house. Half mile from snowmobile trail and from the downtown area in L’Anse. Half mile from boat launch/marina and beach splash pad area at park. Hiking, water falls, summer live music and shopping all within a half mile.
