You are booking a single room in a 3 bedroom modern apartment . We have a choice of airconditioned and 1 non- AC room available with ensuite bath and hot water. Your bedroom has an undisturbed view of the sea, a private balcony and other areas are shareable with guests. lift available to reach floor. The space Modern ,tiled ,bedrooms with minimalistic approach to living with comfort and relaxation being top priority ensuite bath, Airconditioned, Hot water shower, ceiling fan, private balcony . shareable common areas. Duplex unit with staircase to reach upper floor. apartment overlooks the city and bedrooms overlooking the sea and Marine Drive Guest access includes 1 bedroom you pay for , the entire duration of your stay, common areas of house , dining , living room, pantry, common toilet, and balconies, car park for 1 vehicle. extra rooms can be arranged at the discretion of host and guests who has booked on the same dates. During your stay Please do not hesitate to contact me via watsapp or normal call if any unforseen need arises. However please note im not reachable during daytime at work and but you can leave a message and i will reply. and call at the earliest. Other things to note * Please do not share your personal lock code with anyone other than who will be staying with you for the entire stay in our home! * strictly respect other tenants in the building and no events or extra visitors during your stay unless otherwise discussed prior. * At time of checkout please switch Airconditioning off , light switches off and close all windows and lock door . Appreciate if you could please notify me in the case of any damages to the property . * The apartment sadly has a no pet policy so 'we don't allow pets . * Garbage to be seperated and disposed in the garbage area which is outside the car park. you could always ask the building security for help! * Washing machine instruction booklet available . Please read the instructions if not sure. *Stove is with gas supply . ensure gas is turned off properly after use for your own safety. * During rainy or windy season beware of high windforce when you keep window opened specially pantry and bedrooms . * pest control, detergents, everything we can think of is inside the pantry cupboards . i'll always be a call away when i'm not at work. otherwise please leave a watsapp message and i will call you during the day.
