A cosy English farmhouse with a sung, luxe feel - exposed beams, crittall windows, and a mix of reclaimed and modern furniture throughout. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub, private Nordic sauna, outdoor bath and a Gozney pizza oven make the garden the real heart of the place. If you cannot find the date you are looking for drop us a message as we may be able to accommodate The space The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, with a log fire for winter and a dining room seating up to eight just off it - one set of doors opens to the outdoor kitchen, the other to the gardens at the front. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super king bed and its own ensuite with a freestanding bath. Bedroom two has a double bed plus a small double on a mezzanine level (suitable for children, not adults), and bedroom three has a double bed. A separate first-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower serves these two rooms. Outside, acres of farmland surround a pergola-covered dining area, an outdoor kitchen with the Gozney oven and a Big Green Egg BBQ, and - tucked into the gardens - the wood-fired hot tub, outdoor bath and sauna. Guest access Guests have full access to the farmhouse and its gardens. Freya’s Farmhouse is one of four individually-let stays at Bonington Farm - the Grain Store, Molly’s Cabin and Pamella’s Place sit nearby and can be booked alongside it for larger groups wanting more space on the farm. Other things to note Check-in is from 3pm, checkout by 10am, with self check-in via lockbox. Two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional £35. The property has an EV charging point(charged at £15 per charge). We’re on the flight path to East Midlands Airport; earplugs are provided. Our home (the Black Barn) is close by - please keep noise down after midnight and do not wander beyond the black fence. The Film House, a private cinema a short walk away, can be added to any stay for £25 per person for a 3-hour slot. Photoshoots, videography, or hosting an event/party must be arranged with us in advance and carry a fee. Please don’t add guests beyond your booking headcount.
