A wood-fired hot tub and a private sauna set into the garden, an outdoor kitchen with a Gozney pizza oven and a kamado BBQ, and a long table under the pergola looking over the meadow. The hot tub takes about two hours to heat, so send us your arrival time and we'll do our best to have it lit and warm for when you get here. THE HOUSE Exposed beams, Crittall windows and a mix of reclaimed and modern furniture. The kitchen has a Smeg range, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The dining room seats eight, with one set of doors to the outdoor kitchen and another to the front garden. The living room has deep sofas, a log fire and a TV. THE BEDROOMS Bedroom one: super king under the Crittall gable, with an ensuite and freestanding bath. Bedroom two: a double, plus a small double on a mezzanine reached by a ladder (for children, not adults). Bedroom three: a double. A first-floor shower room serves bedrooms two and three, and there's a WC downstairs. Guest access The farmhouse, its gardens, hot tub and sauna are yours alone. Freya's is one of four separate stays at Bonington Farm. Pamella's Place sleeps eight and Molly's Cabin and the Grain Store sleep two each, so friends or grandparents can stay alongside you. Message us and we'll check dates. Other things to note Check in from 3pm, check out by 10am. Self check-in with a lockbox. Up to two dogs are welcome for £35 per stay. EV charging is available for £15 per charge. We're under the East Midlands Airport flight path; you'll hear the occasional plane, and there are earplugs in every bedroom. We live on the farm, in the black barn. Please keep the yard quiet after 11pm and don't go beyond the black fence. Birthdays and family celebrations are welcome. Parties, events, filming and extra visitors aren't, unless agreed with us before you book. The Film House. Our private cinema sits a short walk across the yard: velvet curtains, a 158-inch screen, surround sound and sofas. Book it for a three-hour session, just for your group, for £25 per adult (children free). Message us after booking to choose a time and we'll arrange payment through Airbnb.
