Welcome to this charming rowhome full of character and ample modern comfort. It's located just off of East Passyunk and walking distance to Center City, close to a large assortment of excellent restaurants, bars, and cafes. The space The entire house is professionally cleaned every other week. You will be staying in a quiet artist bedroom on the second floor rear of the house with an adjacent shared bathroom. Please note, the bathroom could be shared with potentially one or two other guests staying in the other bedroom on the 2nd floor. The private bedroom has a very comfortable twin size memory foam bed. There is a closet as well as a large dresser for you to store your personal belongings as well as a 31" screen TV to stream your favorite movies. There is also a work desk with a comfortable rolling chair. High quality 100% Turkish cotton bath towels are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. Guest access All guests are welcome to use the common room areas on the first floor including the spacious living room, kitchen and back patio. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Feel free to use the kitchen for basic cooking and the fridge to store any leftover food or groceries. The kitchen has a dining table that seats 4. There is ample seating in the back patio area if you would prefer to relax outside. Brita filtered water is available at all times. During your stay My sister, Angela, helps to co-host (she is an Airbnb superhost and has her own listing nearby!). We love hosting and meeting new people and are both available to answer any of your questions via the app or by phone if we are not around. Other things to note This house has another separate private room available to rent through Airbnb. This means you may potentially be sharing the common room areas on the first floor with the guest(s) from the other bedroom in the house as well as myself. I live on the premises along with my very sweet cat, Adonis. Laundry: There is no extra charge to use the washer and dryer in the house. If you prefer to pay for any laundering services there is a laundromat nearby. Parking: There is free unrestricted street parking on adjacent streets of the house. There is also a nearby paid parking lot if that is preferred.
