Welcome to our accommodation! :) This is an 85m² flat located 200 metres from the Manuel Becerra underground station: in 15 minutes, you will be at Puerta del Sol! Places of interest in the surrounding area: Las Ventas Bullring, 15 minutes' walk away El Retiro Park, 20 minutes' walk away We hope you enjoy your stay here :) The space The building has an elevator, but it stops between floors and our apartment is on 1st floor. Please note that you will have to climb the stairs to the 1st floor. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a lounge area with sofa and Smart TV with Movistar + services at your disposal. - the kitchen open onto the living room and with dining table - the sleeping area is organized as follows: * Master bedroom with double bed 150x20, ensuite bathroom and Smart TV with Movistar + services * Second bedroom with double bed 150x20 and ensuite bathroom * Third bedroom with double bed 150x20 - 1 more bathroom with shower Plus: from the living room, there is a balcony overlooking the street. Being in one of the busiest areas of the city, it may be noisy if you are not used to living in a capital city :) It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The apartment has air conditioning through 4 units in the living room and in all bedrooms. They work through round thermostats on the wall where you can regulate the temperature between 18 to 22 degrees. To heat the space, the apartment has heating through a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms. It works through square thermostats on the wall where you can regulate the temperature. We also have an energy saving system that prevents the use of air conditioning or heating if the windows are open or if the house is empty. The travel crib is always in the house, stored in the closet. You must bring your own sheets. Parking in the area is limited and paid: there are blue and green zones. It can be difficult to find a parking space. You can drive up to the door of the flat but only to park and load/unload luggage. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
