There is a window AC unit in the back bedroom where it can get warm in the summer. The other bedrooms all cool down well at night. There is also an attic fan that helps remove heat from the home. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and the master bedroom has a gas fireplace. There is also a wood burning fireplace outside. We provide wood to get started but please bring your own or purchase at the grocery or Ace. The living room and dining rooms are cozy. Dining room can seat 6 and living room can seat about 6-7 comfortably. The patio has a large dining table for 8 and has a sofa and chairs for an outdoor living room. Garage space is reserved for owners use but there is plenty of street parking in front and behind the home.
