My place is perfect for 3 guests: cozy bedroom with TV, AC, and extra bed. Living room with Smart TV, AC, and comfy chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, linens included. Close to the mall, beach, and historic district. I’ll be available to make sure you feel right at home. The space The property is very safe. The bedroom is very spacious and has a desk and a comfortable gamer armchair. The living room has air conditioning, a 55-inch smart TV and a beautiful dining set with 6 comfortable chairs. Plus the full living room. The bathroom is large with partitions and very complete. Includes hairdryer. The kitchen is the most comfortable space due to its large size and offers a super gas stove, refrigerator and everything you need for cooking for lovers of culinary art. Through the kitchen you can access the patio and the grill with prior notice to the host only in summer. Guest access Bedroom,bathroom ,living room , kitchen, closed back patio, grillboard.(only in summer)and with prior reservation because it is shared. Other things to note Always use a tablecloth on the table when putting any object on it, or use it to eat. Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the place for any reason. Respect places marked as unavailable to guests, e.g. doors with padlocks or any type of lock.
