Minimalist house located 600 meters from the sea. Located on a 450m2 plot of land on Calle 25 (the only paved street in Mar del Sur, that is, it is passable even in the rain). Ideal for disconnecting. It is located in a block without neighbors. Three blocks from the main street of Mar del Sur and three blocks from the supermarket. Three blocks from the first aid room and six blocks from the village pharmacy. 1 Bedroom 1 Sofa bed A full kitchen Bathroom Maximum 3 guests. 4 night minimum stay. The space The stay does not include bedding (sheets) or towels. Two (2) pillows are provided. If a third is required, it must be provided by the tenant. Gas is per bottle. If it runs out during your stay, contact us to arrange a refill. Smoking is strictly prohibited. While pets are welcome, keep in mind that the perimeter of the land having linear wiring (no rhomboid fabric) is not safe for small or medium dogs. There are kitchen utensils for 3 people. There are two pots available: one large and one medium with a handle. No cleaning supplies or toilet paper are provided. No more than 3 people are allowed on the premises. There is no microwave. It has a 42" TV There is no grill. Two lounge chairs are provided that cannot leave the property
