The space Whether you are coming for family time or to visit friends, a large group, or just the two of you, this house will be comfortable and elegantly welcoming. The primary ensuite overlooks the beautiful garden and has a private bathroom and a luxury memory foam kingsize bed. The second room has a queen bed and the third room has two twins. These 3 bedrooms are just down the hall from the second full bathroom with a shower over a tub. The main floor includes the kitchen, dining, living room and the access to the outdoors and garage. Down a few steps you will find the half bathroom, the laundry room, a flex room with a cozy ready chair, and book shelfs. Also in this space is the baby bed/ child play area/ changing table/ sound machine. There is also a dedicated work space complete with a printer and a few office supplies. The large second living room in the lower level is warm and welcoming for your entire group. Enjoy the large smart tv, natural light, and extra comfortable couches. In the sub basement is another bedroom and small gathering area with a 50” Smart TV with streaming apps. Sleep well in the luxury King bed and recliner for reading and relaxation. There is a full closet and dresser for your storage needs. The covered patio is the perfect place to enjoy any weather in blissful privacy. Walk the garden or lay out in the sun. There is one owner’s closet upstairs that is locked, the basement storage room is locked. The one car garage is available for use and a remote is included for your use.
