The space The house has 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people. Primary Bedroom - King Bed and private bath Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed Bedroom #3 - Full Bed Each bedroom has a desk and chair to work at. Formal dining area with seating for 6 and a breakfast nook The living room has a giant oversized couch and a 75" TV for entertainment. The Back deck has a propane grill and seating for outdoor eating. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and grounds. Other things to note The house is located approximately a mile from the boat ramp of Carter Lake, a 1100 acre lake, that is great for boating, kayaking and paddle boarding. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for rent at the boat dock. Carter lake also is great for fishing and there are hiking trails around the lake.
